Project Background

Zhengzhou Culture Palace Hospital operates continuous Air Handling Units (AHUs) to supply fresh air across clinical zones. The continuous airflow and mechanical fan vibration generated persistent noise. Because the units adjoin inpatient wards and outpatient consulting rooms, the noise compromised patient recovery and staff productivity.

● Custom AHU Modular Acoustic Enclosures: Installed high-mass acoustic enclosures fitted with high-density sound-absorbing cores around the air handling units.

● Air Flow Attenuators & Silencers: Integrated custom intake and exhaust silencers to maintain unrestricted airflow and heat exchange while trapping aerodynamic noise.
