Project Overview

This industrial noise control project covers the tempering furnace production line and Roots blower noise reduction for Oriental Hope. The high-power Roots blowers and tempering furnace auxiliary equipment produce intense low-frequency vibration noise and airflow noise, seriously affecting the factory working environment. We delivered a full acoustic solution, including large-scale acoustic enclosure fabrication, soundproof doors, observation windows, acoustic louvers, internal sound absorption treatment and on-site installation. The custom sound isolation room suppresses noise while meeting ventilation, heat dissipation and production maintenance requirements.

Main noise sources:

Project challenges: The enclosure must reserve sufficient ventilation and heat dissipation space for high-temperature glass tempering production. Large soundproof access doors are required for equipment overhaul and production line maintenance. The structure needs good rigidity to resist low-frequency vibration.

On-Site Installation

A giant integrated acoustic enclosure is built along the tempering furnace production line to wrap Roots blower sets. Internal sound absorption and base vibration damping are constructed together. Soundproof doors and observation windows are embedded on the enclosure wall.
