Hubei Jingzhou Yijun Phase II PV Production Line Noise Reduction Case Study

Project Overview

This industrial noise control project is for Yijun Phase II photovoltaic production line in Jingzhou, Hubei. High-power fans and process equipment run continuously, producing strong aerodynamic noise and mechanical vibration, leading to high noise levels in the workshop.

We delivered modular acoustic enclosure system with large external acoustic louvers, internal sound absorption and vibration isolation, meeting heat dissipation requirements and lowering workplace noise effectively.

Noise Sources & Challenges

Key challenges: PV production line operates 24h nonstop. Large acoustic louvers are required for sufficient air exchange. Acoustic doors reserved for equipment maintenance.

Custom Noise Reduction Solution

Modular Acoustic Enclosure

Heavy composite sound insulation panels build enclosed acoustic housing around noise sources. Sealed panel joints prevent sound leakage. Double acoustic doors for overhaul access.

Large External Acoustic Louvers

Built-in big-size acoustic louver units on enclosure wall. It supplies cooling air while attenuating outgoing noise, no extra silencer needed.

Sound Absorption & Vibration Isolation

Inner sound-absorbing materials reduce reverberation. Vibration isolators and flexible connectors cut solid-borne vibration transmission.
