Project Overview

This industrial production line noise reduction project was completed for Changli Glass in Beihai, Guangxi. The continuous-running glass tempering furnace and supporting large fans produce severe aerodynamic noise and mechanical vibration noise, causing excessive noise in the workshop.

We provided a full tempering furnace acoustic enclosure solution, including modular sound insulation enclosure, ventilation acoustic louvers, internal sound absorption and vibration isolation treatment, ensuring stable production and effective noise control.

Heavy-duty composite sound insulation panels form a closed acoustic enclosure for the tempering furnace fan area. Fully sealed panel joints effectively block outward noise transmission.

Ventilation Acoustic Louvers & Silencers

Equipped with low-resistance acoustic louvers and exhaust silencers to ensure air circulation and heat dissipation while preventing noise leakage.

Sound Absorption & Vibration Isolation

Internal sound-absorbing materials reduce indoor reverberation. Fan base vibration isolators and flexible pipe connectors cut off structural vibration noise.
