Project Overview
This noise control project is for Hubei Hongnuo production line. Multiple large centrifugal fans produce heavy aerodynamic noise and vibration. We built integrated acoustic room with rolling shutter door, acoustic louver ventilation and internal sound absorption to isolate noise while meeting equipment cooling demand.
Noise Sources & Challenges
Main noise sources:
• Centrifugal fan aerodynamic noise
• Fan body vibration and pipeline noise
• Indoor sound reverberation
Key challenges: Large fan units inside. Rolling shutter door reserved for equipment transportation. Ventilation system must guarantee sufficient heat exchange.
Custom Noise Reduction Solution
Modular Acoustic Room with Rolling Shutter Door
Heavy sound insulation panels form enclosed acoustic housing. Large rolling shutter door enables easy equipment moving. Observation windows are installed for visual inspection.
Acoustic Louver Ventilation System
High-flow acoustic louvers supply cooling air intake and exhaust, preventing noise leakage through ventilation openings.
Sound Absorption & Vibration Isolation
Inner sound-absorbing panels reduce reverberation. Vibration isolators under fans cut off structural vibration transmission.
Key Specifications
• Noise reduction: 18–25dB(A), meets factory occupational noise standard
• Ventilation design ensures stable operation of multiple fans
• Rolling shutter door for large equipment access
• Modular prefabricated panels, fast on-site assembly
On-Site Installation
Modular acoustic room assembled around fan groups, fitted with rolling shutter, viewing windows and ventilation acoustic louvers.
Project Results
• Noise compliance: Workshop noise effectively reduced.
• Reliable operation: Well-designed ventilation keeps fans working safely.
• Flexible access: Rolling shutter door convenient for equipment handling.
• Clean interior: Acoustic room interior suitable for long-term factory use
