This noise control project was implemented for Anhui CSG photovoltaic production line. High-speed cooling fans on PV glass line produce strong aerodynamic noise. We built long linear acoustic enclosures with large acoustic louver walls and heavy acoustic sliding doors, isolating noise while satisfying ventilation and glass logistics passage.
Main noise sources:
· Cooling fan aerodynamic noise from photovoltaic glass line
· Mechanical vibration and pipeline noise
· Workshop reverberation
Key challenges: Continuous long layout of production line. Large acoustic louver wall for massive air exchange. Big acoustic sliding doors reserved for glass transportation.
Sound insulation panels form continuous enclosed structure. Large acoustic sliding doors for glass trolley access, with observation windows for on-site monitoring.
Massive acoustic louver wall ensures sufficient air intake and exhaust, blocking noise leakage from ventilation openings.
Internal sound-absorbing layers reduce reverberation. Vibration isolators mitigate structure-borne noise.
· Noise reduction: 19–25dB(A), meets industrial occupational noise standard
· High airflow acoustic louver wall for PV glass cooling demand
· Large acoustic sliding doors for glass logistics
· Modular prefabricated panels, fast site installation
Long acoustic enclosure constructed alongside photovoltaic production line, fitted with acoustic sliding doors and full-height acoustic louver ventilation wall.
· Noise compliance: Workshop noise greatly reduced.
· Smooth production: Ventilation system guarantees normal glass cooling process.
· Convenient logistics: Large sliding acoustic doors allow glass transfer trolleys pass freely.
· Stable structure: Modular acoustic panels fit large factory environment.
