Large-scale industrial machinery such as fans, air compressors and generator sets produce continuous high-decibel noise. Source-oriented noise reduction is the preferred strategy, and acoustic enclosures serve as a mainstream source-control solution.

When selecting acoustic enclosures, noise-reduction parameters are not the only consideration. Heat dissipation and equipment maintenance should also be taken into account. Acoustic louvers need to be installed for ventilation, together with reserved access doors and observation windows. Acoustic sandwich panels are commonly used as enclosure wall material to guarantee sound insulation and structural strength.

If machines are placed in open-air factory zones, noise barriers can be deployed for secondary noise attenuation. Combined usage of acoustic panels and acoustic doors inside machine rooms builds a complete closed-loop noise-control system. Appropriate product combination strikes balance among noise reduction, heat dissipation and equipment operation & maintenance.
